01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the bv9999 platform, through which the Player accesses games, deposits funds, and withdraws winnings.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, which is the functional currency of the bv9999 platform.
• "Platform" means the bv9999 website accessible at bv9999.club, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated software.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, sports betting market, crash game, or other wagering product made available through the bv9999 platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or entry of funds placed by a Player in connection with a Game.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, reload bonus, or VIP reward granted by bv9999 to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and proof-of-payment checks conducted by bv9999 in accordance with its internal compliance policies.
• "VIP Programme" means the bv9999 six-tier loyalty reward system through which Players accumulate points and progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite tiers.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the bv9999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bv9999 does not permit minors to register accounts, make deposits, or place wagers under any circumstances. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be permanently suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations are not eligible to register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, valid date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and email address.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on bv9999. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bv9999 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bv9999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet every eligibility requirement set out above. bv9999 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bv9999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued during the login process. bv9999 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bv9999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

bv9999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any third party who has accessed your account as a result of your failure to maintain security — will be treated as activity conducted by you and will be your sole responsibility.

You must keep your registered personal details accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your name, address, phone number, or payment method must be communicated to bv9999 support and may require updated KYC documentation before taking effect.

04 Deposits & Payments

bv9999 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as updated on the bv9999 cashier page from time to time.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a current promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Deposits are credited to your bv9999 account balance in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by bv9999 for BDT deposits.
• bv9999 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cryptocurrency.
• bv9999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash transaction) before crediting a deposit that cannot be automatically verified.
• Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact support at [email protected] with the relevant transaction reference.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method that has been registered and verified under the Player's own name.
• KYC verification must be complete before the first withdrawal can be processed. bv9999 may request a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate) and proof of address.
• Verified accounts are eligible for priority processing with a target processing time of under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during normal operating hours.
• bv9999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the Player's typical transaction history.
• Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• In the event of a suspected violation of these Terms, bv9999 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation. bv9999 will notify the Player of any such hold within 48 hours.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bv9999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds. Where a Player holds both a bonus balance and a real-money balance, wagers are deducted from the bonus balance first.
• bv9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will govern that specific bonus.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• VIP Programme rewards are governed by the VIP Programme terms current at the time of issuance and are subject to change with notice posted on the bv9999 platform.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All Games available on the bv9999 platform are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) in addition to the general rules set out in these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a provider's specific game rules and these Terms, the provider's game rules shall govern in respect of gameplay outcomes, while these Terms shall govern in all other respects including account management, payments, and conduct.

• All wagers, once confirmed by the platform, are final and cannot be reversed or cancelled by the Player.
• bv9999 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error due to a technical malfunction, data feed error, or obvious pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• Maximum wager limits apply per game and per betting market. These limits are displayed within the game interface. Wagers in excess of the stated maximum may be reduced by the platform without notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error will be void.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraud.
• Accessing the platform via a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bv9999 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bv9999 platform — including but not limited to the bv9999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bv9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bv9999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bv9999 content without prior written authorisation from bv9999.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by bv9999 under licence. All rights reserved by those respective rights holders.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the bv9999 platform.

The bv9999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bv9999 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

bv9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• bv9999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bv9999.
• The Player's account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Player.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable fees. Bonus balances and uncleared wagering requirement balances are not returnable.

12 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account is inaccessible and no bets can be placed.

Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection providers solely as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

14 Amendments

bv9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bv9999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the bv9999 platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the bv9999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law, with particular regard to the interests of Players located in Bangladesh.

bv9999 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh. Players who access the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
